Norgen’s ELISA Blockign Buffer (Skim Milk Powder in TBS) contains Tris Buffered Saline (TBS) with Skim Milk Powder, and is a ready-to-use blocking buffer for use in Western Blotting, ELISA or immunohistochemistry-based protocols. This blocking reagent aids in minimizing non-specific reactions. Note that non-fat dry milk contains biotin and is inappropriate for use with an Avidin-Biotin system.
