About the Position

Looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading Life Sciences company!

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and risks
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
  • Report regularly on sales performance to senior management

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management within the Life Sciences industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the Life Sciences market and regulatory environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
