RNA Ladder (Lyophilized), 200 b to 4000 b Contents:
1.       2 vials of lyophilised RNA ladder (30 loads each)
2.       1 vial of 300µl 10mM RNase free TE buffer

Instructions for use on Lab901 ScreenTape R6K platform:

To reconstitute the lyophilized RNA ladder, add 125µl TE buffer to each RNA ladder vial and vortex gently. For long term storage, aliquot the reconstituted RNA ladder into RNase free tubes and store at -20°C.

Before loading onto Lab901 ScreenTape R6K platform, the ladder should be mixed 1:1 with R6K standard loading buffer and denatured following the manufacturer's instructions. This will ensure that the 50b in-lane marker is added to the ladder.
