The ProteoLadder 125 Ladder is ideal for the accurate molecular weight sizing of proteins by SDS-PAGE. The proteins separate into concise bands from 14.7 kDa to 125 kDa when analyzed by SDS-PAGE and stained with Coomassie Blue.

Contents:

Instructions:

  • Thaw ladder at room temperature.  Check contents to ensure absence of precipitated solids prior to gel loading.  Heat at 95oC for 5 minutes.  For best results, load 5 µL of marker per mini-gel well (1 mm gel thickness).

Storage:

  • -20oC is recommended for storage.  It is advisable to dispense the ladder into smaller volumes to reduce the potential of contaminating the stock and the effects of repeated freezing and thawing
