Purified exosomes derived from Human Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells are provided for research use only and are intended for use as a reference material and positive control in exosome-related studies. These exosomes are suitable for assay calibration, spike-in controls for exosome quantification, and characterization of exosomal protein markers. They may also be used for the extraction and analysis of exosomal nucleic acids. In addition, this product serves as a standardized positive control for evaluating immunocapture performance and is compatible with a range of analytical techniques, including flow cytometry, electron microscopy, ELISA, and Western blotting.
Accelerate your exosome research with pre-isolated, ready-to-use exosomes. These standardized preparations are suitable for use as reference materials, assay controls, functional studies, biomarker discovery, and exosome-based delivery research.
Manufactured with precision and consistency. All purified exosomes, including those derived from Human Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells, are produced under strict quality-controlled conditions at our dedicated manufacturing facilities. Cells are cultured using no FBS serum to ensure high purity, followed by isolation with a standardized method. Each batch undergoes rigorous quality control, including nanoparticle tracking analysis to verify particle size distribution and integrity.
Reliable yield and performance. Each preparation is supplied at ≥1 x 109 exosomes and 50 µg total protein, ensuring consistent performance, functionality, and reproducibility across a wide range of downstream applications.

Supporting Data
Figure 1. Biophysical Characterization.
Isolated exosomes showed a total yield >1 × 109 particles/unit (50 μg protein), mode 94.2 nm, median 107.3 nm;
Figure 2. Marker Validation.
Purified exosomes were analyzed by Western blot and Flow Cytometry (CD63/CD9). Both approaches confirmed strong marker expression, confirming exosome purity.
