gDNA was subjected to bead-based size selection at varying bead-to-sample ratios (1.5×, 1.0×, 0.9×, 0.8×, and 0.7×) to enrich for DNA fragments of defined size ranges. Fragment distribution patterns illustrate size-dependent selection efficiency across both bead systems, as visualized by electrophoretic profiles generated using the Agilent Bioanalyzer with a High Sensitivity DNA chip.
Storage Conditions and Product Stability
Norgen’s Size Selection Beads should be stored at 2-8 °C. Do not freeze. The product is stable for up to 1 year following shipment when stored properly. Before use, allow the beads to equilibrate to room temperature for 30 minutes and vortex thoroughly to ensure complete resuspension.
