Descripción general del producto
Estos kits proporcionan un método de columna de centrifugación rápido, fiable y cómodo para el aislamiento de ADN circulante libre de células (cfc-ADN) de alta calidad, alta pureza y libre de inhibidores a partir de volúmenes de muestra de plasma/suero. El cfc-ADN purificado de plasma/suero es totalmente compatible con todas las aplicaciones posteriores, incluyendo PCR, qPCR, PCR sensible a la metilación y análisis Southern Blot, microarrays y NGS.
Antecedentes
El ADN circulante libre de células en plasma/suero (cfc-ADN) tiene el potencial de proporcionar biomarcadores para determinados cánceres y estados patológicos, así como el ADN fetal en sangre materna. En la actualidad, se están realizando avances significativos en la utilización del cfc-ADN como biomarcadores para el diagnóstico precoz, el pronóstico y el seguimiento de la terapia de varios tipos de cáncer y enfermedades autoinmunes. También se está investigando la importancia clínica del ADN mitocondrial libre de células (cfmtADN). Este cfc-ADN suele estar presente en forma de fragmentos cortos de menos de 1000 pb. Además, el ADN fetal libre de células se ha utilizado ampliamente como método no invasivo para el diagnóstico prenatal, incluida la identificación precoz del sexo fetal, los estudios genéticos para familias con alto riesgo de trastornos genéticos hereditarios, el cribado del factor Rhesus, el cribado de aneuploidías y la identificación de la preeclampsia.

Ideal para manipular volúmenes iniciales de plasma/suero que oscilan entre 10 μL y 200 μL. El kit está diseñado para aislar todos los tamaños de cfc-ADN a partir de muestras de plasma/suero fresco o congelado y el ADN purificado se eluye en un volumen de elución flexible que oscila entre 25 µl y 50 µl.

Ideal para manipular volúmenes iniciales de plasma/suero que oscilan entre 200 μL y 500 μL. El kit está diseñado para aislar todos los tamaños de cfc-ADN a partir de muestras de plasma/suero fresco o congelado y el ADN purificado se eluye en un volumen de elución flexible que oscila entre 25 µl y 50 µl.
Kit de purificación de ADN circulante libre de células de plasma/suero Midi
Ideal para manejar volúmenes iniciales de plasma/suero de 1 mL a 4 mL. La primera columna se encargará de la entrada de un gran volumen de fluidos corporales, seguida de una concentración en una minicolumna para una elución final de 25 µl a 50 µl.

Ideal para manejar volúmenes iniciales de plasma/suero de 5 mL- 10 mL. La primera columna se encargará de la entrada de un gran volumen de fluidos corporales, seguida de una concentración en una minicolumna para una elución final de 25 µl a 50 µl.

Condiciones de almacenamiento y estabilidad del producto
Todas las soluciones deben mantenerse herméticamente cerradas y conservarse a temperatura ambiente. Este kit es estable durante 2 años a partir de la fecha de envío. El kit contiene una Proteinasa K lista para usar, que se disuelve en un tampón de almacenamiento especialmente preparado. La Proteinasa K tamponada es estable hasta 2 años después de la fecha de envío si se almacena a temperatura ambiente.
