Norgen’s HPV (High-Risk) Multiplex TaqMan PCR Kit is designed for the detection of DNA from three high-risk HPV types (HPV16, HPV18, and HPV45) using real-time PCR based on TaqMan technology. The assay also includes β-globin as an internal control to assess sample quality, nucleic acid extraction efficiency, and potential PCR inhibition. The multiplex design enables simultaneous detection of HPV targets and internal control within a single reaction. Components of the kit include a 2X PCR Master Mix, a Primer and Probe Mix targeting HPV16, HPV18, HPV45, and β-globin, a positive control, and a negative control (nuclease-free water) to ensure assay performance and reagent integrity.
